Another NAMM Show is in the books. We brought the Koll truck down to LA and had a blast sharing a booth with our friends at Benson Amps. And we had plenty of news to share over the weekend. We’d already announced our first pedal, the new High-Rise overdrive, the week before NAMM. But we totally surprised everyone by unveiling our first amp, the Kombi! Our new five-watt EL84-based combo amp will be released this summer, details soon!
The weekend also featured performances in the Koll truck from some of our favorite people. Hershel Yatovitz, Dan Phelps, Jessica Dobson, Mike Baggetta, Kingsley Durant, and Matt Codina all graced us with their music. And then so many old and new friends dropped by to jam, like Celisse Henderson, Josh Smith, Andrew McKeag, Henry McKeag, Greg Vorobiov, Jon Durant, and so many more.
And oh yeah, we had guitars there! Saul busted out some stunners this year, including a myrtle-topped Super Glide Almighty with TK Smith pickups, a triple TV Jones Super with a New Rose headstock, an orange birdseye Duo Glide with Novak Tissue Box pickups, and the first-ever lefty Super Cub. All the guitars were bought by our dealers, so stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook feeds for purchasing details.
Big thanks to Chris Benson and the Benson Amps gang, all the artists who played in our booth, our dealers and suppliers, and everyone who came by. See ya next year!
